A true smoked Märzen bier that was brewed in March, and patiently, and painstakingly lagered all summer. Stunning color, rich, and gentle beechwood smoked malt depth, and unmatched nuance from the extended lagering time. A truly special beer. 5.7%

Bavarian Wheat Bier brewed with Wheat Malt that has been dried over an Oak fire. This malt provides gentle notes of honey, vanilla, and woodsy Oak that blend with the fruity and spicy ale fermentation. 4.8%

Soft German Pils brewed to please those from Munich, who famously prefer maltier, less hoppy beers. A gentle addition of Hallertau Tradition hops lend a pleasant lemon and herbal character over emphasized Pilsner malt sweetness. 4.5%

Classic German Pilsner brewed with German Pilsner malt, and the finest Tettnang-grown Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Saphir hops. 5.1%

Young dry hopped Pilsner brewed with Spalter Select, Saphir and Perle hops. Aromatic and soft. 4.7%
