Classic German Pilsner brewed with German Pilsner malt, and the finest Tettnang-grown Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Saphir hops. 5.1%

Modern German Pils hopped with Callista hops. Callista means "most beautiful" in Greek, and this bright hop shines with a mix of classic noble, and modern fruity aromatics. 4.8%

Franconian Amber Kellerbier brewed with Pilsner, Vienna and Caramunich malts. Expressive Lager yeast aromatics over soft middle malts. 5%

Pilsner brewed with the traditional brewing technique "Hopfenrösten" (hop roasting.) Whole leaf Spalter Select hops were boiled in concentrated wort, before rejoining the rest of the batch. This process lends a soft and saturated hop character, creating notes of earth and fruit well that are well integrated with the malt. 4.9%

A Celebratory Beechwood Smoked Rauchbier brewed for Rauchbier Preservation Day. A lighter-bodied, but robust Lager brewed for summer drinking. 4.5%

Young dry hopped Pilsner brewed with Spalter Select, Saphir and Perle hops from our favorite family hop farm in Tettnang. 4.7%

Bavarian Wheat Bier. An expressive and lively bouquet of vanilla, citrus, clove and banana bread on top of soft German white wheat. Designed for Biergarten drinking. 5.2%
